Lemke joined the peacebuilding project, Partenariat pour la Promotion de la Paix à Saint Martin, in 2007 which preceded the establishment of Lakou Lape in 2013. He is a member of the private sector involved in Maritime Logistics and Geotechnical studies. He is the chairman of the board of the Association of Industries in Haiti (ADIH) and
the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration in Haiti (CCAH). In addition, he sits on the board of the Alliance for Risk Management and Continuity of Activities (AGERCA), Maritime Association of Haiti (AMARH) and is the Honorary Consul of the Federation of Russia in Haiti.
