Facilitator
Richardson joined Lakou Lapè’s team in 2011 as a dialogue facilitator. He was trained in dialogue facilitation with Glencree in 2006, in conflict management in 2005 with the “Commission Episcopale Nationale Justice et Paix” (CE-JILAP), and also trained in restorative justice in Jamaica with Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF) in 2008.
