Facilitator
Celestin has been working as a facilitator of youth and multi-sectoral dialogues in Lakou Lapè for 9 years. He has been trained in dialogue facilitation with Glencree in 2005, in conflict management in 2005 with the “Commission Episcopale Nationale Justice et Paix” (CE-JILAP) , and also completed a training on restorative justice in Jamaica with Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF) in 2008.
