Polynice is the CEO of Dev. Collective Consulting, a women-owned Management consulting firm, founded in 2015. She has over 15 years of experience working in international development and humanitarian aid with a focus on vulnerable populations. Polynice has brought this experience to the private sector to build impactful and sustainable programs and projects. She is a founding member of the Haiti Disability Platform and active member of other dynamic organizations. Polynice holds a BA in International Affairs and Public Health from George Washington University and is currently pursuing an MA in Management from Harvard University Extension School and has earned a Strategic Management Certificate from Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business.
